Smoked Cheddar Pennine
This Colourful, well-balanced salad mimics the classic Italian hors d’oeuvre antipasto ("before the pasta"). It includes Genoa Salami, mozzerella cheese, grilled red peppers, Artichokes, button mushrooms, Pepperoncini peppers, Kalamata and Spanish green olives. This salad is a buffet or picnic pleaser.

Our Macaroni salad is tossed in a creamy dressing with fresh cut red peppers, carrots, celery and baby dill.
