Kennebec potatoes – Skin on and roasted with whole garlic then tossed in Caesar dressing and fresh shredded Parmesan Cheese

Potato Kennebec, Caesar dressing [soybean or canola oil, eggs, water, Dijon mustard (water,
mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, citric acid, potassium metabisulfite), red wine vinegar, dehydrated
garlic, lemon juice concentrate, Worcestershire sauce concentrate (distilled vinegar, molasses,

sulfiting agent), anchovy paste (anchovies, salt, olive oil, acetic acid), salt, spices, cultured
dextrose, xanthan gum, guar gum, maltodextrin, propylene glycol alginate], garlic peeled,
parmesan cheese [pasteurized milk, bacterial culture, salt, lipase, microbial enzyme, cellulose],
canola oil [canola], green onions.
